You want your data, or you want it gone
You can do both yourself from Settings, and the steps are written out on the data deletion page. Email us if you would rather we did it, or if you are not the account holder.
A question about your bill
Say which business it is about. If a payment was taken through Birdsong, it will also be in your own Stripe dashboard.
You want Birdcage to run it for you
Birdsong is also sold as a managed service, where the agency behind it does the work in your account. Ask and we will tell you what that involves.
